Returns and Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, or you're an EU-based customer exercising your statutory right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we accept returns under the conditions below.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items – 7-Day Policy
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may return it within 7 days of receipt.
Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

All original tags and proof of purchase must be included.

Return Shipping:
We will cover the return shipping cost for damaged or incorrect items.
3. EU Customers – Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you reside in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
Conditions:

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, including any applicable customs or duties charges. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds:
We will refund the product cost and the original standard shipping fee (if the full order is returned), within 14 working days of receiving your return.
4. Personalized or Custom Items
Personalized items, including those printed with names, numbers, or badges, cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This includes shirts customized with:

Player or personal names

Squad numbers

Club or event badges
We do not offer refunds or replacements due to:

Player transfers or number changes

Pre-season versus in-season squad updates

Customer errors during personalization at checkout
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in special cases. If you wish to exchange your order please contact us at support@kicksnhoops.com. Personalized products are outside the scope of exchange. Only damaged or incorrect items qualify for exchange.
We retain the right to approve/deny exchange request at our sole discretion. If denied, you still have the right to return the product, if eligible.
6. Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, please notify us within 2 hours of purchase for modification. This ensures that all the personalized products meets your desired specification and mitigates errors if any. Any modification request will not be entertained beyond this window.
Only EU customers retain the right of 14 day cancelation. A flat fee of €10 will be charged if cancellation is opted before fulfilment or 2% of your order value whichever is higher.

7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credits within 14 working days. Please allow time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
